Rio Rancho is a suburb of Albuquerque about 15 miles to the northwest as the crow flies. It is the fastest growing city in New Mexico. This property sits on the west side of that city in one of the yet undeveloped units for the most part. This 1/2 acre lot is located south of Sandia Boulevard and north of Southern Blvd as seen in the maps. These are two of the major roads in the subdivision. The section map shows the city limits in a thick black line and this property sits two units to the west of the current city limits! I thought they were nice lots with native plants and wildflowers blooming - a very pretty time of the year in Rio Rancho. From the northeast to the east is a beautiful long view of the Sandia Mountains! It was a stormy day with lots of clouds pushing through making for a fun day in the desert! There is power to the south along Southern Boulevard.
