You are about 10 miles to Dunlap or Soddy Daisy and about 20 to Chattanooga. Lot 9 is mostly flat and 10 slopes downhill slightly so it would be a good place for a house with a walk out basement. There is an area you could put a small pond. The area has fiber optic, and the other counties are finishing up now. The was supposed to be a subdivision but all the lots were bought up by a few people and most have large acreage there so not may houses. There are some restrictions, but no HOA Check out the maps under files to get a look at the area. You can access both lots through the gate on lot 10. The road up the hill says private but that is the correct road to go to the bluff. Underground power is available, and the seller has checked on running it with the power company and no problems. It may be possible to owner finance these a large down payment.

From Hwy 111 take the Lewis chapel Exit and go 2 miles North and make a left on Raven's Cliff Road. Go to the end of the pavement and continue to the lake on left. Turn right and go up the hill to the bluff.
