This property is for sale near Kingman Arizona. It is 37.96 acres that is in Cedar Hills Ranches Unit number 10. However it is easier to get to this property from the Silver Springs Exit off of I-40. The property does have nice roads going to it.

To get to the property you take I-40 east to the Silver Springs Exit. Go north on Silver Springs, You can do this by going back under the freeway and staying on the dirt road. This is Silver Springs. You then take this road in about 3-4 miles and go left on Howards Road. There is a nice sign there. As soon as you cross the cattleguard go exactly one mile. This will take you to the first property corner that is marked with a pvc pole and I put green flagging on it. Go a quarter mile and you will see the next corner pole with green flagging. It is exaclty a quarter mile by a quarter mile.

This property does not have a septic tank or power. You would have to build an off grid home or extend the power about 1.2 miles.
