Richland Creek Getaway
County Road 4412 : Brundidge, AL 36010
Pike County, Alabama
Land Description
This is a great small hunting tract with plenty of creek frontage (over 3,100Ft.) on Richland Creek. There is mostly mature hardwood with some large cypress and ancient Magnolias scattered through the acreage. There are around 2.6 acres out of the flood zone along county-maintained Pike County 4412. There is electricity at the road frontage and county water is about 300 feet from the NW corner of the road frontage. It would be simple to set up a mobile home or RV in the 2.6 acres for your weekend destination. There are several small beaver ponds along the creek that would make most seasoned hunters smile. If you are into deer, turkey, duck, or even squirrel hunting this could be a bountiful property for its size. I have personally run trail cameras two seasons ago directly across the road and I have a good idea of the wildlife potential.
Location: This property is located 5.5 miles northeast of Brundidge, 12 miles east of Troy, and 16.5 miles north of Ariton.
