We grow 9 lbs. birds with 56 day grow out equaling out to +/- 5 flocks a year. All buildings are well maintained and there are no updates needed at this time. Each house has an attached oversized control room. Each house is equipped with its own internal electric box that operate water and feed line movement up and down all at once or a few at a time saving tons of manual labor.

Poultry house equipment consists of: (2) Baldor 150kw generators, Roxell grain bins, Rotem controllers and alarm, Big Dutchman feeders, Plasson water on demand, Plasson waterlines, Bigfoot tube heaters, Well water and city water for backup.

Average income on the 4 poultry houses is around Income of all 4 houses are Class A pay-rate. Litter income is enough to cover cleaning service (windrow and/or de-cake/crusting).

Cattle Farm: Most of our land is pastureland and is fenced into 5 sections. Average cattle and hay income is about Buildings:

• Brand New (built Dec. 2022) 30'x100' litter compost shed

• 25'x50' caretaker apartment/office and attached equipment shed

This farm is a bio secure area. Visit by appointment only. No show inside the poultry house when birds are present. Bank mortgage pre-approval letter from lender required before show. Interested buyers will need to have enough fund for 20% down payment.
