With direct access to the Yampa River, jump in a raft and enjoy an afternoon float, or even test your luck with fishing. The small town of Maybell, CO is located only 20 minutes to the east of the property. Craig, CO is nearly 50 minutes to the east of the ranch and is the closest town that provides grocery stores, a hospital, gas stations, and restaurants. Meeker, CO is located just over 1 hour to the southeast. For commercial air travel, Yampa Valley Regional Airport is located approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes east of the property and is located in Hayden, CO. For additional amenities and activities, Steamboat Springs, CO and Vernal, UT are located just under 2 hours from the east and west of the ranch.
