Year round access is available via a private gate on Hwy 55. Electricity lines are at the highway and Domestic wells in the immediate area are approximately 150'. The property has a recent survey, no covenants or Hoa. Trails throughout the property are two track and unimproved. The property is fenced in barbed wire with cedar and steel posts.
