The property sits just about 12 miles off of I-40 at exit 126, which is just about 80 miles West of Nashville or 40 miles East of Jackson, Tn
The property is bordered on two sides by Natchez Trace State Forest and Wma. The State Forest is 48,000 acres and has a reputation for great hunting in the area.

From Exit 126 off of I-40.
Head North on US-641.
In 1.5 miles turn Left on TN-192
Drive 4.8 miles then turn Left onto Old Union Church Rd
Drive 4.2 miles then turn Left onto Park Rd.
Drive 1.7 miles to locked, metal gate.
