Land Description

This unique property has 480 acres (plus or minus) and is located about 11 miles west of Grove Hill, Alabama and about two miles north of highway 84 in the community of Old Clarkesville. The timber stands are a mix of high value per acre mature pine and hardwood with some areas in merchantable pine plantation. There are numerous small streams and approximately ten acres in several food plots. The topography is flat to hilly. Satilpa Creek runs through a portion of the property.
