Goosey Fork Creek 1.8 miles and Upper Sinking Creek 0.63 miles serve as the property line along the southwestern boundary. The northern boundary consists of nearly 3 miles of county road frontage along Spencer Ridge Road.
A recent timber thinning created numerous trails throughout the property and provide excellent opportunities for recreational access and hunting. Approximately 300 acres of hardwood forest remain undisturbed.
