The east side of this property is best suited for deer hunting, (also squirrels, rabbits, etc.) and the west side is best suited for duck hunting. Approximately 2/3 is higher deer hunting land and 1/3 is low, often floods duck hunting ground.
The duck hunting area was planted in Cypress Trees. There is an abundance of smart weed in this section. Two moist soil units were constructed in this area.
The owner reports there are a lot of big bucks on this land and also said they have killed a lot of ducks on this property. Photos of deer and ducks killed on this land are included in this listing along with photos of deer and ducks captured on game cameras.
This property borders the west side of Moody Road, just southeast of Bald Knob, Arkansas. The United States of America National Wildlife Refuge, (Bald Knob National Wildlife Refuge) is only 1/4 mile west of this property.
