Winters can be cold for the state average in the mid teens to upper 20's with moderate snow fall.

Location

This large parcel is located roughly 8 miles east of Harlan Ky. Harlan has a small regional airport, all the amenities for food, gas etc. Harlan also has a regional hospital with a helipad for those types of emergencies.

Directions to Land

Traveling into Harlan Kentucky from any direction take Highway 421 south until you reach highway 38 junction. You can only turn East on Highway 38 at this T intersection. You will travel on Highway 38 east bound for roughly 12 minutes or 8.5 miles until you reach the town of Evarts. Just before the Turner Branch intersection you will see a Hayden Outdoors sign along the road on the north side at a small pull off. You have arrived at the furthest easternly portion of the property.
