Phil Barker : Mossy Oak Properties - Mossy Oak Land and Timber

Phil Barker comes to MOP-MOLT with much experience in the land management area. He was previously employed by Toxey and Fox Haas as their full-time land manager. This, along with the benefit of growing up on a family cattle and timber operation, has given him invaluable knowledge of land and how best to manage it for optimum timber and wildlife development. He now has his own cattle operation located in Oktibbeha County. Phil resides in Aberdeen, Mississippi along with his wife, Carrie Ann, and their son, Brett. Their daughter, Beth, resides in Hamilton, Mississippi, with her husband, Brad, and daughter, Mary Elliott. Grandbaby #2 is expected in October, 2016. Phil is active in church, and holds an office on the Board. He also serves as President of the Board at Camp SonShine, a Christian camp for children of all ages. He enjoys hunting in the great outdoors. He will be glad to help you sell your property or find that dream property.
