She holds broker licenses in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Nebraska. Growing up on a hobby farm in Central Minnesota instilled in her a deep appreciation for the land, which she has channeled into her successful career. Michelle has worked with one of the largest land auction companies, gaining expertise in both traditional land marketing and the auction method. With experience in land development and multiple marketing awards to her name, her commitment to excellence is evident. Additionally, she is a licensed auctioneer and a former board member of the Minnesota Auctioneers Association.
